Call Overview

Urgench RANCH University of Technology informs its academic and administrative staff about a Call for Applications for Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (Teaching and Training) announced by our partner institution, the University of Barcelona (Spain), for the 2025/2026 academic year. This mobility opportunity is offered within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) programme.

Application Procedure

1. Applicants must submit their application through the University of Barcelona's Erasmus+ online application system (new software).
2. The University of Barcelona, as the host institution, will assess the feasibility of the proposed mobility.
3. Urgench RANCH University of Technology as the home institution, will verify eligibility, conduct internal evaluation, and participate in the final selection together with the host institution.

Required Documents

• Completed Online Application Form
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English, preferably in Europass format
• Mobility Agreement (Teaching Programme for STA or Training/Work Plan for STT)
• Motivation Letter
• Invitation or Acceptance from the Host Department (if required)
• Proof of Employment
• Language Proficiency (if required)
